Very friendly and attentive staff. Went in for a watch, and Joey made sure I had a great experience. I told him the price range I was comfortable with, and he went to work. He was patient as I looked at many different ones, and explained different features to me. I could tell he genuinely cared that I was happy with my purchase when he never tried to redirect me to other watches when the one I chose was $100 below the starting point I gave him. He was too busy making sure the fit was perfect, that everything was set correctly, and that there wasn't a smudge or speck of dust on it. Just one more reason I've been a Kay Jewelers customer for over 25 years.
