If I could do less than one star I would. I ordered a shelf from JES Restaurant Equipment, was told it was on backorder and it would be in by April 9th. That date came around, didn't hear from them. Therefore, I emailed the sales department, they answered and said it came in damaged and that it would only be a few more days. Weeks past, still no word. I sent several emails to get the status, none returned. Even said I was on the verge of canceling, still no work. So I called in a spoke to a young lady who said she thought the item may have arrived and she would verify with their warehouse and call me back. Guess what, no call back. I would highly recommend that you do not use this company, because apparently the have so much business they don't care about their customers needs. Or about losing customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
