I found Ricky to be very courteous and knowledgeable about each of the mopeds we were looking at. Would have preferred to be able to use a credit card without a transaction fee, but totally understand why a small business would do that. Paying in cash was just a small inconvenience. I have just 5 miles on the moped so for. We'll see how the follow up services go and maybe I'll move this a 5-star if those go well. So far, so good. I'm quite happy with the purchase.
