I cant say enough nice things about Dr. Smith and his Dental Assistants. They are wonderful. Up until recently we felt this way about their entire staff. However, recently they got a new billing/office manager and we have had nothing but problems. Have been trying since July to have them file the proper insurance on my daughter. They have filed the wrong insurance 4 times. First it was blamed on the billing person who is no longer there (who by the way never messed anything up) then it was blamed on having a new billing system. Such a shame that this experience has soured our opinion of this office so much.
