Great company! Nice, friendly, helpful people! I would recommend them anyone that wants to have a good experience :) Oh, and the Sea Cabins are amazing!! At night you can sit and watch cargo ships move across the horizon - it really is special!! They have a private pier, beach access, pool, and laundry. They don't have elevators, so if you don't like stairs stay on the first floor, but the view from the 3rd floor is breath taking! The people at Island Reality will help you find the best place for your needs :)

What ever you do, do not use this company!!! They will encourage you to pay non refundable application fees with no chance at the auctual rental. They say this is no benefit to them but after spending $240.60 on application fees for approval, they financially entrap you into using their reality company. By far the most unethical reality company in the lowcountry!!!
