Since joining Verizon "best network" I've done nothing but spend time with customer service to fix my billing promotion discounts they were offering that got me to join and my salesperson supposedly said he had all taken care of. My first month's bill of 4 people on basic unlimited is $451, and that's after I've spent $150 for a partial month. Verizon is very sneaky
