Immediate Care Center - Westside

Pointless waiting and negligent care. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I went early in the morning. There was no one in the waiting room. Even the receptionist were commenting to each other about how slow it was. Everyone was nice. Here is my timeline:(times are literal) 15 min paperwork(2-3 min of paperwork) and waiting to be taken to room(no one exited during this time) 10 min wait for vitals 20 min wait for PA 10 min for her to tell me nothing we can do. The word "Immediate" is apparently misused. Had a minor procedure done. It involved a recovery period. When the recovery period showed that the procedure wasnt done properly. I called to see if they would correct their mistake. The person I talked to told me that too much time had elapsed(the recovery period described in their literature) and I could not appeal her("her" being whoever answered the phone) decision to any one higher than her. I would not use this facility for anything other than getting basic meds or a note for work. If you need something done go to an actual DR office. This place wont correct any mistakes made. Use at your own risk!
