I am not sure what to think of this place. The people were very nice; however, I felt a little scammed. The initial repair bill for my 50inch Vizio was $409.00. When I declined to repair at the price of $409, I was told they would try to find a cheaper supplier of parts. I got a call the next day quoting the repair at $289. I still decline the repair. Feeling like the business was untrustworthy, I asked to pick up my television. When I got to the store to pick up the television I was asked to allow them to keep it for parts instead of putting it in a landfill. I asked if they were willing to buy the television, but I was told they no longer do that because they have so many parts.
My first issue is you shouldn't have to finagle the price. Call the customer with your best price. Secondly, are you planning to donate the parts from my television, since you received the parts free(NO). Did it really cost $409 to repair my televison or did you just need the parts? Feeling confused and scammed.
