Holiday Inn Express & Suites Spartanburg-North

Currently the hotel is under renovation. They are noticeable as soon as you walk in. The staff is friendly and hospitable. The rooms they place you in have been remodel which looks great but needs a detail punch list. Construction starts at 8am. I was on the top floor and could hear banging. Lobby, elevator's and entrance bad with construction. Room cleanliness good however shower leaked, and the room showed evidence of recent work completed and in a few places incompleted. Beds were comfortable, what you expect for HIE. When the remodel is completely done with a detail punch list this will be a great hotel to stay at in the IHG family.
