Husband bought a $50 gift certificate in dec. I have been bedridden for 5 months and had hip surgery. Owner would not honor gift cert because she said it was for a 6 month certificate and expired june12017. My daughter had a cert with money left over and a note from an employee it would be good in June. Owner was rude and crude in front of other customers when she tried to use when paying. She said it was her salon and did not have to honor anything by an employee. I am definitely going to broadcast bad things about this shop. She was so stupid because of the money she is losing and did not understand the concept of doing business to bring more business in. My husband has spent $100 in dec for the past 4 years. She has no concept in keeping customers. Such bad ownership and she is probably not their with the exception of us trying to use our gift certificates this Sunday. Such a .....
