I ordered appliances from Home Depot and they I trusted this company to deliver them. Once I received my brand new appliances the refrigerator and stove had noticeable dents. They proceeded to run the dishwasher but didn't stay for the full cycle. Once the cycle stopped and they were gone instead of draining properly he water drained onto my wooden floors. They were contacted immediately and they sent an inspector (Troy) out to document the damage who took pictures and blamed fridgidaire for the damage ( but reported back to R& D no damage at all). Frigidaire then came out to do their own inspection only to find out R & D didn't hook the valve up correctly causing the water to drain onto the floor. I called them repeatedly only to be dismissed and never received calls back from countless messages being left. This company has been horrible it's been 1 week and there has been no resolution to this issue my floors are now ruined and the water is now spreading to the living room hardwoods.
