Such a pleasant experience! If you are looking for your new Eye Dr, look no further. My insurance recently changed, and my insurance company was not too helpful on finding me a new in-network optometrists. When I called Greenville Eyecare Associates, the receptionist was very helpful, and confirmed my insurance was in-network. She even went above and beyond to explain my benefits (better than my own insurance did!). Due to a last minute cancellation, I was able to get an appointment the SAME DAY - It was actually within an hour of calling. When I arrived I was impressed that they had my paperwork already printed out, and I waited less than 5 mins before being called. The entire process was very professional, organized, and friendly. They explained all the exams, and answered any questions I had. Dr Tucker and staff were great! I have no doubt I just found my new home eye Dr! Thank you for making the process so simple and friendly.
