On the Go Deliveries

Our expected delivery dates were March 11-16. It is now March 26th and we still have no package. After a phone call yesterday, our delivery is scheduled for March 31 between 1600-2000. Never have I had something so late, with no apologies, no reasoning, nothing. Apparently we were supposed to call the company and schedule a delivery date. The email I received informed me just the opposite, that they would call us to schedule a delivery. In addition, our complaints are ignored completely. Wow, what a company

They actually deserve a negative star, but since that's not possible, they get the undeserved one star. Very shady--- Steer clear of this company! They live up to the worst of their reviewers: incompetent, unprofessional and careless. They had our delivery (many items, too numerous to mention) for over a week and never called to schedule a time for drop-off. When we realized they had possession of our belongings for over a week, we called and were told they would try to deliver it in a week! We spoke with Amy and Tammy- typical dragons-at-the-gate who enjoy being rude and unhelpful. The lack of professionalism and humanity in this company leaves me, in the words of another reviewer, speechless.
