I purchased a product from another store and was in the area so I went to return the product, I had the receipt, was within 30 days and had my photo id. Ryan stated it was against policy to return a product purchased from another store. That was a complete lie as the back of the receipt which I showed him states you can return product at any store. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do not purchase from RYAN or the Easley SC store.
