NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!! The home floor plans that he will show are good but the quality of the work is something less to desirer. I can’t close the door to my laundry room because it was not built wide enough. After I bought my house, I have received the run around on who/whom will do the warranty repairs for my house. A year later and it is still unresolved. I got a list of sub-contractors and most of them are either out of business, disconnected their phone number, or the wrong phone number. I have had several phone and face to face conversations with Mr. Ben Gecy and… You guess it, lots of promises but No luck… DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. FIND A MORTGAGE COMPANY THAT CARES.
