Gable Hill Apartments

Horrible, everything is outdated. EVERYTHING. Management Is completely trash. If you live underneath anyone be prepared to hear every move they make. and when you put in a complaint about it nothing will be done, they will just try to move you to another horrible, outdated apartment in the complex. Don't waste your time and money. You pay for pest control in your leasing agreement but there are water bugs/roaches and other insects EVERYWHERE. If you live in the bottom apartments be prepared for it to flood every times it rains. This happens every time that i rains so its nothing new, they will come and dry your carpet but never try to fix the problem. Don't waste your time and money the worse apartment i have ever lived in.
