I live in one of the properties. The location is great, but the neighbors that I have to deal with on a day to day basis are horrible. If they aren't running back and forth upstairs at 6 a.m., or leaving their bikes in the walkway, they are dumping water on my back deck. Can't wait to have enough money to move from this place. If I could get better neighbors I may stay. GW Services will not help by giving me the villa owner's name and number so we can have a one on one. Not a very proactive company who cares about the actual tenants living in the properties.
