When I called to inquire about storage units, I was greeted with a bubbly personality on the other end of the phone (Lonnie). She not only assisted me with finding the right unit for my friend, but told us about their promotional rate (*1st month FREE) which was great! When we arrived at Extra Storage facility, it was very clean and Lonnie was as nice in person as she was on the phone! It's always great to do business with people with outstanding people's skills!
