I used a debit card for my rental and was told they would charge me a $200 deposit which would be credited back several days after the return of the vehicle. This was never done after almost 2 weeks and when I called for the credit, the girl from Charleston said that they forgot and would be credited in 2-3 days. 1 week later and still no credit. I called and spoke to someone else who did not want to be bothered with looking up my contract by name and said that I was responsible for calling back with my rental agreement number before she could issue the credit. I just called to do this and once again no one is available and I had to leave a message for the 3rd time. It is now April 3 and I have not received my $200 back from a car that I picked up in Charleston on March 9! Extremely frustrating that I have to spend my time to chase down a $200 deposit that should have been automatically credited back to my debit card. I wonder how many customers they have "forgot" to do the refund and kept their money. Terrible experience and I will NEVER rent form Enterprise ever again!!
