I HAD to give one star to write this. Donuts were dry. Chocolate milk was sealed so I guess they can't ruin that. Ladies room was out of order, dining area was dirty, counters to order were cluttered and dirty and she had to reach over things to hand me the donuts, which were just thrown in a brown paper sack. Took 3 minutes for someone to ask "what do you want? " when we were literally the only customers in there or at the drive thru. Girl that took our order never made eye contact, never smiled, never said please or thank you or anything other than the aforementioned "what do you want?" She was not only not in any kind of uniform, she was dressed sloppily besides. Was spraying cleaner on something prior to taking our order and didn't wash hands. Had a similar bad experience here when they opened but chalked it up to them being new. Apparently that's not it. Dirty, disorganized, and rude. Management should be ashamed. Prime location could be so much better.
