Hands-down the absolute worst office I’ve ever been to in my life. 3 separate visits, 3 different doctors each time. & they clearly don’t communicate. She walked in and was rushing around the room the entire time. Not knowing which way was up. She didn’t even bother to ask me if I had any questions or needed anything. Then after she logged off the computer and was about to walk out I said, “ what about my test results?” She had no idea what I was talking about. She had to login again and she still couldn’t figure out what I was talking about. I had received a call a few weeks prior that one of my test results was abnormal and I would need additional testing. So I explained to her what was told to me on the phone then she said “oh don’t worry about it you don’t need additional testing.” First of all, she couldn’t even see my results so she was just taking my word for it and second of all, if that’s true then the phone call I received was false and I was worried for weeks for no reason. Every experience I’ve had here was a bad one in some way, shape, form, or fashion. I will definitely be switching providers. I DO NOT recommend!!!!!
