Normally they forget my drink but eventually get me one. That's all fine.Tonight, I placed an order with my points for the free pizza. After an hour and a half, I call to see where it is. They told me they don't deliver to apartments after 6:30. I don't live in an apartment. They said they called and cancelled the order but I received no call. Of course, because of this "mishap" I don't have a free pizza from my points anymore. It's not big deal, just bad service.
