Positives: Text notifications. Auto refills. CVS app. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Easy refunds. Works hard with prior authorizations, sending request to doctors offices. Negative: Always, Always, Always a line in the drive thru. Difficult to reach a live person on the telephone. Doesn't fill prescripts sent in by doctor until you ask for them to be filled. Has to be reminded frequently of Blue Choice 90 day maintenance med prescription requirements.
