TERRIBLE!!!! This was the worst experience ever. I am standing at the consultation window to ask the pharmacist a question and there was a lady behind me in line too. Sp when the pharmacist comes over to the window she tells me that she needs to talk to the lady behind me first because she has questions about her medication...What is the consultation both for? Was her question more important than mine obviously so eventhough my question was about medication too. What happened to first come first serve?
