I have been living in my new home now for a little over three weeks. I have run into problem after problem during the building process with little to no quality customer service from Crescent. To be honest the process was extremely difficult the sales office was not in sync with the design center or the lead contractor and vise versa. However, we proceeded with the sale and are now left with more issues and problems. The third floor that we paid to add has uneven walls (significantly different in height), flooring was cut to short ( they are floating floors), dry wall is terrible throughout the house, the base boards look like a match box car raceway (so many curves), my granite counter top is sitting on top of wood strips (not the cabinets since they look cut to short), I have numerous stains on my wood tread stairs, the garage foundation is missing in the corner (broke away) the list goes on. I am at a lost with Crescent and at this point. The whole home building process has been tainted with negativity, stress, disappointment and frustration and that is why I am rating them a one star. I would not recommend Crescent as an option for a home builder to anyone. I do however offer to anyone the opportunity to come look at my house it they would like to see first hand. It is my hope that Crescent will rectify these issues and that I can eventually have the quality house that we were promised and hoped for.
