Since our neighborhood picked Best Home & Property as our extermination service, we have seen a four-fold increase in live insects in our condo. They powder the outside of the buildings but do not spray anything except roach spray inside. It's awful. I had to take over spraying our condo myself. The customer service representatives are not nice & set off out burglar alarm each time they come because they refuse to call ahead of time. Once they set it off, they don't even call to make sure everything is ok, they just let the alarm blare. Really awful service all the way around. They only get 1 star because it won't let me give them 0.
