There was some miscommunication with the cost of the repair but they were willing to admit their mistakes and work with me on the price. So though it was a frustrating experience it ended well.

I was so very Blessed to find Computer Clinic. Over the phone Ken led me step by step until my printer was back working perfectly again. Ken showed such compassion and genuine concern for my printer problem, that he told me to please call him back after I reloaded my software, as he instructed, so he could be reassured that my printer was back working properly again. He was very knowledgeable and professional with a very genuinely caring and concerned attitude. Ken is such a true asset in so mnany ways to the Computer Clinic and his profession.
