Bus system that goes up and down the main roadways of Columbia. Staff is mostly helpful. Bus pass is very inexpensive at $40/mo. Doesn't run consistently according to the schedule and the driver said to take the bus that comes one hour earlier if I need to be on time. Actually, ma'am, it'd be much faster to walk the 3 miles to my destination. Would be better if the supervision/management monitored drivers that don't make the effort to keep the schedule or do a good job; just not reliable enough for people with jobs/places to be at specific times. Been waiting for 45 minutes at this crappy bus station. Staff is mostly alright but service is not dependable if you have a schedule or work. Feels third world despite the flashy new buses, wish they would focus on schedules and security rather than nice looking buses, some of the drivers are chronically late which makes it undependable. Wish mgmt would monitor or do some kind of quality control.
