Guest service has been very good. They are much better at customer service than most of the DD locations that I have been to. If you get there during peak times though expect to wait. This location is relatively new and it will take time for the staff and management to learn the traffic patterns before they can accommodate the need appropriately. Having said that, it is the standard food quality of all DD franchises. You know what to expect if you are a DD patron.
