Clean Breeze Carpet Cleaning

Do not recommend. Our tenants had contracted them for a move out clean and when the owner of the property called to verify as the living/dining/Carolina room did not appear to be cleaned thoroughly; the company said they had no record. I then called as we are the property management company and they finally found the record and stated it was a whole house special for $99. I wanted the owner to meet me at the home to show him for myself and he was very reluctant and restated it was a whole house $99 special. I then advised him that I guess you get what you pay for as the previous clean was $175 from a different company; it was a large home all carpeted. The owner or manager then JUST HUNG UP ON ME. Being a property manager have dealt with many vendors and have had to express my dissatisfaction; however I have NEVER BEEN SO BLATANTLY HUNG UP ON.

He was here less than an hour to clean upholstery, den, hall and 2 bedrooms. Did not move any furniture around, not even small tables. I specifically asked if the furniture would be moved. Our carpet looks like it was never cleaned, though the couch looks great. No fans were used and we now have a few large water stains on our light colored carpet in the bedroom. 12 hours after he left we were outside on our porch and heard water running. He broke the faucet outside that he was using and when we called he denied it. We haven't used the faucet since last year. We shut the water off and contacted the water company and got that end resolved. He offered to send a check for the amount of the repairs but never did and now won't return our calls. We have been calling for over a month now. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We found the coupon in the Val-Pak. It's worth the extra money to use another company and get positive results.
