First I want to say that Circle K (formerly Kangaroo) is my Coffee Shop. I don't drink Starbucks or Dunkin, but 5-7 days a week I'm at the K. I go thru about 3 'loyalty cards' a month, and often save my 'free coffee' punch for a needed time. This location is on my way to work, so if I'm short on time, I'll stop at this one. It's always just average.. service, cleanliness, stocking, etc, but good enough for morning caffeine, until today. The WORST experience.
On top of all the other nonsense, including no lids for the coffee cup, the woman behind the counter
outright REFUSED to punch my card for the coffee I purchased. It was absurd. She argued that she was trained not to. I couldn't believe it. From now, I'll be leaving earlier so I don't have to stop there again.
