I got a VIP card in the mail. It had a additional card said I had to spend 50.00 or more. The employee said 100 or more is what you spent to get bag and a plate. They don’t count layaways. Which I’ve had two and spent 900.00 or more with the both together. The last one I got out of layaway October 27 which she said this deal started October 20. I called Hallmark and she said was up to individual store about the layaway. So I don’t get a VIP bag unless I spend 100.00 more. This isn’t fair Barbara and Charles didn’t ever do this

Small, very expensive. Staff is not very concerned about making a sale. Often do not even ask if you need help. Not sure how they stay in business.
