Chili's Grill & Bar

The food is great if they could just get the order right. We eat here a lot from work we usually do a pickup order but seems to be wrong every time the last three times in the past 2 weeks. The last time they were supposed to send us a $25 electronic gift card or something like that is what they said and that was never received . Today We ordered the food with no bacon. It was only three orders and my co-worker open the box as he opened the box the lady says if there is any bacon on there I'll cover it. Low and behold the order had bacon. And the drinks were forgotten but other than that the food is wonderful.I will still continue to eat form here.
