Poor service - miss quoting of services. Be very careful. Our family was constant;y quoted one amount for a service only to have the price double after the insurance company review the costs. Poor service at the office level . If our insurance was not going to cover the service, the receptionist should know that. WE should know it prior to having the service.The office staff is constantly turning over. Coincidence? I think not. The dentists are great, but they need a new staff in the front.

I have been a parient for 10 years, I have always had a phobia about going to the DDS but they have changed me. They are patient and kind.....love the office staff, Dana in financial department is a wiz at helping me stay on track, Shawna as a hygenist is kind and Dr Thomas is outstanding! Shares all the details and gives you every option. Now I love to smile!
