The guys were extremely knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. This was on an Audi too which is kind of a pain from the looks of it. They contacted the dealer to make sure there was nothing special needed for the job, and they took precautions to be sure they didn't scratch the paint while scraping off the old urethane, which some glass places don't do because it doesn't show.
