Such a pain in the ass!! Rude employees, and a waste of time! Went to try and add my child’s father on her birth certificate and get my name fixed since it was printed wrong it’s off by one letter and they’ve made it nearly impossible to do so!! I presented about 5 different proofs of identification and still nothing But they were so quick to charge me for it!!! Walked out with nothing except money missing from my account!!
