I will NEVER visit again!!! My appointment was set at 9:00am for box braids!!! A group of the stylist didn't arrive until 10:00am, finally one of the stylist started on my hair at 10:45am and kept having to stop for at least 20-25 minutes to tend to her 6 week old newborn baby. She stopped at least 4 times while I was in the chair. The chair I was sitting in was broken so it leaned back and was very uncomfortable sitting up for hours with no support on my back. The braids were very very tight she didn't leave not one piece of hair out around the edges and a week later a few of the braids around my edges popped off. The process should've taken 7 hours but because she started 1hr 45 min late and took several 25 min breaks I didn't leave the shop til 8pm. Worst service ever!! I should've stuck with Faith African Braiding!! I never have any problems
