Brazilian Wax and Spa By Claudia

Yep neverrrr coming here again. I've never had any sort of waxing before and went in and first of all there was no one at the front desk for about 15 minutes. I was standing in the waiting room by myself. When I finally go in for the waxing Im nervous of course and the lady doing it doesn't walk me through anything. I had no idea what to expect or just a normal conversation would have been nice. I didnt exactly want a full brazilian, but thats what I ended up getting. I wish she would have asked me or told me more about what was happening. I left holding back tears hating the way I looked.... I didn't say anything at the time but this was a horrible experience for a new client and I would absolutely never consider coming here again.
