Bob Richards Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

My service today was excellent. I had trouble with my Chrysler 200 and took it another dealership initially. That dealership kept my car for 2 days and released it stating the problem was a plug-in in my car. I woke up this morning and the battery was dead again. The staff at Bob Richards did everything in their power to help me. They were able to locate the problem and fix my car within a 3hr window!!! I am so grateful as this is my only mode of transportation. Chip was excellent. He was very patient with me and kept me updated on progress throughout. I was so frustrated when I called initially that I was in tears and they went above and beyond to help me. I don't know what I would have done without their help. Thank you all so much!
