Best Western Plus Greenville South

Just arrived. Clean hotel, convenient, reasonably priced with business like, not terribly cordial front desk. Picked the hotel specifically because it was advertised as entirely non-smoking and not pet friendly. Signed saying I understood this when checking in. Get to the elevator and off walks someone with a lit cigarette in her hand. Not an employee though so who can blame the hotel right? Then opened the door to our room and it wreaks of smoke as if a chain smoker lived in the room for 6 months. Called front desk for a different room...sold out...no other rooms available. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL.
