Beach Urgent Care Carolina forest

Horrible front desk attitude. Brought in my baby and asked to be called while I wait in parking lot so he doesn't catch the flu, because the waiting area had about 10 people coughing and running to the bathroom. I was told "No, he's already sick. What does it matter?" and " I'm the only one at the front desk". This was already after having waited 1/2 hour. So if you want to be treated like that, maybe this is the place for you. And no, he didn't have the flu (confirmed by a different doctor office), so I was lucky to get out of there.

The nurse at the Carolina Forest location, Lisa, is one of the rudest people that you will ever meet. My significant other and I have both been going to this location for nearly a year since we moved to Carolina Forest and she has been very unpleasant any time you make a request of her by phone. This has happened when the pharmacy has called to ask her for any assistance or we have had to call. We are both thinking of changing doctor's offices (even though we both like our doctors and I use the OB/GYN next door) because she is such an unpleasant person. She has even told me by phone that I did not know what I was talking about even when I was holding the medicine in my hand and spelling the name for her over the phone. One of the most truly unpleasant and unprofessional people I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with in a doctor's office.
