Avoid this place if you can. Terrible customer service. The agent told me that the car I rented was not available and that it was Avis's fault. I said I thought this was Avis and she said no she worked for Doug, not Avis. She told me I should have gone to the airport to get my car, " they have a better selection". No, what I should have done was rented from somebody else. I will note make this mistake again.
