The internet is great, getting it installed is a headache, I took half the day off work loosing $150 for my 12:30-2:30 appointment and he shows up at 6:00 but now it's too dark so I need to reschedule. Such a pain

Having problems with slow internet, so slow I can't even pay the ABB bill online. I call to find out the problem and have on hold for way over 2 hours. I think I'll have a new internet provider next week.
