these folks used to be pretty good when the old man ran things, but now i have to agree with all the other reviews here that they are a bunch of slack jawed morons who don't give a damn about your situation or the quality of their service. they supposedly repaired our washer and then 2 weeks later we have problem similar to the original and can't get anyone to answer the phone or come to fix the appliance. daily phone calls that no one answers or appointments where no one shows and no one calls either to apologize or reschedule. they seem to not care and take pleasure in poor service.
