Our insurance company required us to hire a roofer to make some minor repairs and give our roof a 5 year life expectancy. I got many quotes, most of which only quoted a few missing shingle replacements at $325-$400. Anderson said they would replace the missing shingles, the curled shingles, and replace rusted nails for $750 as well as give us a leak warranty. We decided to go with Anderson so that we wouldn't have to deal with the roof for a while. They came and did the work when no one was home, were here for only half hour according to neighbors, and left what they stated the insurance company would need. Not only did they not finish the work (I still had missing shingles, curled shingles, and rusted nails) but they also screwed us over with the insurance company bc they misworded the letter. Now I'm out almost a grand, the work is not done, a huge storm just came through causing more damage, I have to completely replace my roof, and they can't even return a phone call.
