although their customer service is good their overall service is absolutely horrible. I waited 5 days for a same day delivery package and when i finally got my furniture, not only did they charge me more for the delivery that i was initially quoted, but they didn't even have all of my furniture. Upon going to the store (for a 3rd time since my order might i add) i was sold that the rest of my things had be sold to someone else. why on earth would you do this. then i was only refunded a fraction of what i paid. i have already advised everyone i know not to waste their time or money. They are getting over on people. i will never ever in life do business with them again. Jared is extremely nice and helpful but they need to get their store together and make sure that all employees are on the same page. my experience was absolutely horrible! I went in a few times only to be met by other disgruntled customers. i would recommend getting all of their issues fixed or this could be bad for business and word of mouth travels fast. They caught my attention because of the three rooms for 1000 deal what they dont tell you is how cheap the furniture is, i left the store feeling as if i'd been scammed. never again
