Adams Paint & Body Shop

After several estimates all saying it would take 5 days to fix my vehicle after I hit a deer. I decided to go to Adams because of the reviews. After a week and a half of my car being in the shop with still no communication. I called to inquire about the Finish date. They changed the timeline on me 6 times. Every time I called they said it would be done tomorrow. When I went to pick up my car I found extremely Shoddy work. The cap on my roof rail rack was broken and reinstalled. It was not broken when I dropped it off. The rubber gasket seal that goes around a window that was replaced was reinstalled with a hole in it the size of a dime. They reused the same old part. They said they would reorder new parts and to bring it back in when the parts arrive for installation. So I took the car home. I found out later that day that the headlight on the left side of the car that was removed to paint that side did not work. I looked under the hood and none of the wiring were reattached. That is an easy enough fix but still completely ridiculous that it was not done properly by the technician. They had my vehicle for 3 weeks and the paint job was done poorly also. They had the nerve to ask me to pay my deductible when I picked the vehicle up the first time when I told them about all the broken parts. I told them I was not paying them a dime until it was done properly. I would not go back there again. If you notice one of the people that rated this shop five stars last name is Adams also. Coincidence probably not.
